All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. We will notify you of any material differences before fulfilment.
If a pricing error is discovered on your order, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch of your item(s).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where products are unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. You will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via SSL/TLS encryption through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full card details.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Standard UK shipping is free on all orders.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if your order is significantly delayed.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — without giving any reason.
To cancel, email hello@aspire-xpress.com with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide a free prepaid return label and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Outside your statutory cancellation right, we operate a 30-day returns policy for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
